They should rethink the no air conditioning policy!!! The noise levels in the hallways are distracting!!! The dinner scheduling creates so much hassle for late arrivals!!!

My stay was fantastic and exceeded my expectations this time around. The location was perfect for exploring Tromsø, with easy access to museums and the harbor. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, which made my return to the hotel happy and fulfilling. However, the room could use some upgrades as it felt a bit dated.

I was truly impressed by the beautiful decor and the inviting ambiance of the common areas. The accessible layout made it easy for me to navigate throughout the hotel, enhancing my overall comfort during the stay.

Improve room accessibility features for seniors.

Oh man, the food at Clarion was a real jaw-dropper! The hot tub with river views was perfect for a late-night chill. Plus, the restaurant staff really made us feel at home with their warm service.

The spa could also use a bit more love, as some amenities weren’t working right.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the harbor, making it easy to explore. Breakfast was delightful with freshly baked pastries! Only downside was the hot tub wasn't working during our stay. Overall, a great experience!

The rooftop hot tub stole my heart with breathtaking harbor views while I melted into relaxation! The free evening meals were a delightful surprise, allowing me to savor local flavors without extra stress. Plus, that waffle station in the afternoon? Total game changer!

The location near the harbor was fantastic. I loved the views during breakfast and dinner. it added a special touch to each meal. The complimentary meals were a highlight. breakfast offered various options, and dinner was decent. The room was clean, but the lighting could use improvement. it felt a bit dark at times. I was disappointed with the staff's attitude at the restaurant, especially when they were curt during busy hours. The lack of a kettle in the room was surprising for a hotel in a cold area like Tromso. Overall, it was a solid stay with room for improvement.

We had a fantastic stay! Enjoyed the hot tub on the roof after long days exploring the area. The included meals, especially dinner, were delicious and catered perfectly to our family's taste buds. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home.

In my wife’s opinion, it would have been great to have daily housekeeping, especially with kids around messy rooms.

However, the selection at dinner was quite limited, often leading to additional dining expenses. Also, the experience at check-in was marred by an abrupt receptionist, though other staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, perfect location, where we enjoyed a lovely view of the harbour and appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours.
